Since March 21st 2012, Adwin Fontein is the Chef of the Crystal Lounge.
Adwin Fontein is a man with a passion who always aims to discover new taste sensations. For the past 25 years, he has been adding dishes from accross the globe to his menu, from Asian flavours to delicious Mediterranean touches, all of which can also be found on the Crystal Lounge menu.
Adwin Fontein is a perfectionist committed to his work. As a chef, he pays attention not only to the quality of his ingredients, but also to the presentation of the dishes, which are served in glass tableware, fully in line with the style of the Crystal Lounge restaurant. Adwin Fontein knows only too well that the art of cooking is a process of exchange, and therefore he welcomes his customers’ suggestions, which he sees as opportunities to improve his skills and further elaborate his menu.
