Sofitel Brussels Le Louise celebrates design and innovation throughout a gourmet Easter exhibition, made of 3D chocolate printings.

In partnership with Miam Factory (a Belgian startup born through Smart Gastronomy Lab), Sofitel Brussels Le Louise developed a new approach, which blends the best of culinary innovations with one of the finest local specialties: the Belgian chocolate.

Created by Gaëtan Richard, a doctor of chemistry and food, the Miam Factory uses a 3D printer certified by the AFSCA to produce various shapes based on different food matrices and has already collaborated with a big name of the chocolate industry, including the Maison Galler (also a hotel partner) for the celebrations of end of year 2016.

On the occasion of its Easter brunch, on April 16th, Sofitel Brussels Le Louise is delighted to show you its incredible chocolate sculpture exhibition composed of six unique pieces. Among them, the chocolate engraving of the Sofitel link is not to be missed. The display takes place at the spacious Salon Rose (breakfast room) and is in free access for several weeks.

A perfect opportunity to give to its client a real Sofitel experience.

Made of brandy (eau de vie flavoured with fresh fruits), lemon juice and ginger beer, mules are perfect to refresh you this summer. Those special cocktails are indeed very thirst-quenching, fruity and ideal for a great evening on our beautiful terrace. All our mules are unique creations, invented by our talented barmen, and made of Fever Tree ginger beer.
